At Dandelion Art Company, students do more than create beautiful artwork—they discover the artists, techniques, and ideas that have shaped the world of art.

Rather than simply copying famous works of art, students learn how artists thought, experimented, and expressed their ideas, then use those techniques to create artwork that is uniquely their own. As they grow, our curriculum grows with them, building artistic skills, confidence, and creativity every step of the way.

Little Artists-K-2nd Grade

Mondays @1pm

Get ready to explore, create, and have fun! Our youngest artists will experiment with colors, shapes, textures, drawing, painting, and mixed media through playful, hands-on projects designed just for them.

Inspired by influential artists, students will discover how artists used color, shape, and imagination to create amazing works of art—then use those ideas to create masterpieces that are uniquely their own.

Every class encourages creativity, self-expression, confidence, and a love of the artistic process in a fun, age-appropriate environment.

Creative Kids Art- 3rd-5th Grade Mondays @2pm

Get ready to build skills, explore new ideas, and create with confidence! Young artists will strengthen their abilities in drawing, painting, mixed media, and creative problem-solving through fun, hands-on projects.

Inspired by influential artists and art movements, students will discover how artists experimented, solved creative challenges, and developed their unique styles—then use those ideas to create original artwork that reflects their own creativity and growing artistic voice.

Each lesson is designed to build confidence, encourage self-expression, and develop artistic techniques while making art meaningful, engaging, and fun.

Studio Art- 6-12th Grade

Take your creativity to the next level! Students will refine their skills through engaging projects in drawing, painting, mixed media, design, and a variety of artistic techniques and materials.

Inspired by influential artists and art movements, students will explore how artists developed their unique styles, communicated ideas, and pushed the boundaries of creativity—then apply those concepts to create original artwork that reflects their own artistic vision.

Each lesson is designed to strengthen technical skills, encourage creative problem-solving, and help students develop confidence, critical thinking, and a unique artistic voice in a supportive, inspiring environment.

Beginner Crochet Creations (1st-8th Grade)

Mondays @11am
Perfect for students who are brand new to crochet, this beginner-friendly class focuses on learning the basics in a fun and relaxed environment. Led in partnership by the instructor and her 14-year-old daughter, Riley, students will be guided step-by-step through simple stitches and techniques. Projects are designed to be fun, easy, and achievable, including items like scarves, tote bags, and mini animal stuffies. This class builds confidence and creativity while offering a unique peer-learning experience, and also encourages youth leadership and entrepreneurship as Riley takes an active role in teaching.
